Meadows and Waterfalls
This week combines easy walking with stunning scenery. The walks will enable us to enjoy the woods and meadows surrounding Luchon, visiting beautiful waterfalls along the way. An ideal way to re-charge those batteries, returning to the hotel each evening.

Valleys and Cirques
The arrival of Spring and the receding snow gives rise to what some describe as the ‘Flower Garden of Europe’ This week of moderate walking will take us in to the valleys which are alive with a stunning display of Gentian, Iris and Aster to name but a few. We should also get an opportunity to see marmots, Izard and vultures. We will return each evening to the hotel.

Peaks and Ridges
This is a week of strenuous walking amongst some of the highest peaks in the range, during this week (weather permitting) several 3,000 metre peaks will be ascended. To do this we will be required to stay in mountain huts or take advantage of some of the best wild camping in Europe! A true mountain wilderness experience.
